SMS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These SMS Terms and Conditions govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Halal Night Fest LLC (“Halal Night Fest,” “HNF,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By opting into the Halal Night Fest SMS program described below, you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.
1. PROGRAM NAME
The program covered by these terms is the Halal Night Fest Vendor and Sponsor SMS Program.
2. PROGRAM DESCRIPTION
The Halal Night Fest Vendor and Sponsor SMS Program may send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages relating to:
• Vendor and sponsor opportunities;
• Vendor or sponsor applications;
• Application confirmations;
• Follow-up questions;
• Participation-status updates;
• Deadlines;
• Event preparation;
• Event instructions;
• Event changes or operational notices;
• Promotional opportunities; and
• Vendor or sponsor support.
Consent for this program applies only to the types of messages described above. It does not automatically enroll you in an unrelated Halal Night Fest messaging program.
3. HOW TO OPT IN
You may opt into the Halal Night Fest Vendor and Sponsor SMS Program by:
• Providing a phone number through the Halal Night Fest vendor or sponsor interest form;
• Affirmatively selecting the separate SMS consent checkbox; and
• Submitting the form.
The SMS consent option is separate from email signup and other communication preferences.
Providing a phone number without affirmatively selecting the SMS consent checkbox does not enroll you in recurring automated marketing or informational text messages.
Halal Night Fest may also offer another clearly identified SMS opt-in method that includes the required program disclosures.
4. CONSENT TO RECEIVE TEXT MESSAGES
By opting in, you authorize Halal Night Fest to send recurring automated marketing and informational text messages to the phone number you provided.
Consent is not a condition of:
• Purchasing tickets, products, or services;
• Submitting a vendor or sponsor interest form;
• Applying to participate in an event;
• Being considered for an event opportunity; or
• Otherwise doing business with Halal Night Fest.
You represent that:
• You are the subscriber or customary user of the phone number provided;
• You are authorized to consent to receive messages at that number; and
• The information you provide is accurate.
5. MESSAGE FREQUENCY
Message frequency varies based on:
• Available vendor or sponsor opportunities;
• Application activity;
• Follow-up requirements;
• Deadlines;
• Event schedules;
• Event changes;
• Promotional activity; and
• Support needs.
6. MESSAGE AND DATA RATES
Message and data rates may apply according to your wireless-service plan.
Halal Night Fest does not charge a separate subscription fee for participating in this SMS program. Your mobile carrier may charge you for text messages or data.
7. HOW TO OPT OUT
You may opt out at any time by replying:
STOP
to a Halal Night Fest text message.
We may also recognize other clear opt-out keywords or requests, including:
• CANCEL;
• END;
• QUIT;
• UNSUBSCRIBE; or
• OPT OUT.
After an opt-out request, you may receive one final non-promotional message confirming that you have been unsubscribed.
After that confirmation, no additional messages will be sent through this SMS program unless you later provide valid consent to enroll again.
An SMS opt-out does not automatically unsubscribe you from email communications. Email and SMS preferences are maintained separately.

Halal Night Fest: You are unsubscribed and will receive no further messages from the Vendor and Sponsor SMS Program.
Help keyword:

10. MOBILE CARRIERS AND MESSAGE DELIVERY
Wireless carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your wireless carrier, device, network availability, and service plan and is not guaranteed.
The SMS program may not be available through every carrier, device, or service plan.
11. PRIVACY
Information collected through the SMS program is handled according to the Halal Night Fest Privacy Policy:

Your mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with a third party for purposes unrelated to providing the services of that campaign.
We may use messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, mobile carriers, hosting providers, and other service providers as necessary to operate, secure, and deliver the SMS program.
12. CHANGING OR TRANSFERRING YOUR PHONE NUMBER
If you change, transfer, deactivate, or stop using the phone number enrolled in the program, you should opt out before discontinuing use of that number or notify Halal Night Fest promptly.
You agree not to enroll a phone number that you do not own or customarily use.
13. PROGRAM CHANGES, SUSPENSION, OR TERMINATION
Halal Night Fest may modify, suspend, or terminate the SMS program when reasonably necessary.
We may also stop sending messages to a number because of:
• An opt-out request;
• Delivery failures;
• Carrier restrictions;
• Suspected misuse;
• Security concerns;
• Legal or compliance requirements; or
• Termination of the messaging program.
Changes to these terms will be reflected by updating the Effective Date on this page or through another appropriate notice.
You may stop participating at any time by replying STOP.
14. LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Halal Night Fest is not responsible for delayed, failed, misdirected, blocked, or incomplete message delivery caused by:
• Mobile carriers;
• Messaging platforms;
• Service providers;
• Device limitations;
• Network conditions;
• Inaccurate contact information;
• Changes in phone-number ownership; or
• Circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be limited.
