


Vendor Registration
This listing covers non-food vendors, prepackaged food vendors, and live cooking food vendors.
Please note:Payment does not confirm your spot as a vendor. After checkout, we will review your application and reach out to confirm your participation. If your business category is already full, we may issue a refund.
Select your vendor type when checking out:
Live cooking food vendors (e.g., grilling, frying, or heating onsite) will be placed outdoors to comply with LA County health and safety regulations.
Prepackaged food vendors (e.g., baked goods, snacks, sealed drinks) will be placed indoors, depending on layout and availability.
Non-food vendors (e.g., clothing, accessories, services) will be placed indoors in one of our designated vendor halls.
After checkout, we’ll contact you to confirm your booth type, review your setup needs, assign your booth location, and provide the LA County health permit application if applicable.
Live cooking/preparation vendors must obtain a Temporary Food Facility (TFF) permit from LA County ($184).
Prepackaged food vendors must also obtain a TFF permit ($82).
All health permit fees are included in your vendor fee. We’ll handle the application process on your behalf.
Note: Failure to complete the health permit process (if required) will result in forfeiture of your booth.
