


Vendor Registration
This listing covers non-food vendors, prepackaged food vendors, and live cooking food vendors.
Please note: Payment does not guarantee your spot. After checkout, we’ll review your application and reach out to confirm your participation. If your category is full or not a fit for the event, a refund will be issued.
Vendor space selection will be offered in the order of registration, so early sign-ups get first choice on available booth locations.
Select your vendor type at checkout:
Live Cooking Food Vendors (e.g., grilling, frying, or heating on-site) will be placed outdoors and must bring all necessary equipment, including a tent, table, cooking setup, and basic food safety supplies.
Prepackaged Food Vendors (e.g., baked goods, snacks, sealed beverages) may be placed indoors depending on layout and availability. Vendors must bring their full display setup.
Non-Food Vendors (e.g., clothing, accessories, beauty, services) will be placed indoors in one of our designated vendor halls. A standard 10x10 booth space will be provided.
After checkout, our team will reach out to:

Review your booth needs
Assign your booth location (based on registration order)
Provide full event-day logistics
