Vendor Registration

This registration is for all vendor types:

  • Bazaar Vendors: clothing, accessories, beauty, crafts, services

  • Prepackaged Food Vendors: baked goods, snacks, sealed drinks

  • Live Cooking Food Vendors: grilling, frying, or heating on-site

Important: Payment does not guarantee acceptance. All applications are reviewed. If you’re not approved or your category is full, you’ll be refunded.

Booths & placement:

  • All Booths are 10×10 and will be assigned by our team and may be random based on event needs. You can share location preferences after checkout, but final placement is at our discretion.

  • We will provide one table, two chairs, and basic electricity (standard 110V outlet).

  • Bazaar Vendors: generally indoors, ~10x10 space provided.

  • Prepackaged Food: indoor or outdoor; bring full setup (tables, racks, décor, etc.).

  • Live Cooking: must bring a tent, cooking equipment, extra tables if needed, extension cords/power strips, and duct tape for cables. Responsible for protecting surfaces and leaving no grease, oil, or food stains behind.

Health & safety:

Food vendors must follow all applicable local health, safety, and food-handling rules, including safe storage, temperature control, cleanliness, and equipment use.

After you register, we will:

  • Review your application

  • Confirm your spot if approved

  • Collect any final booth details and preferences

  • Send full event-day logistics and setup instructions
